It encourages them to develop healthier habits, stop comparing themselves to others, and recognise the harmful effects of spending too much time online. The campaign uses a friendly and supportive tone, focusing on real experiences without judgment. A key part of the campaign is the Digital Detox Workshop. This workshop teaches students the benefits of taking breaks from screens. Participants will receive digital detox kits filled with activities that encourage reflection and mindfulness. They will learn practical tips to use social media less and find a better balance between their online and offline lives. The workshop provides a safe space for students to share their thoughts and experiences about how social media affects their well-being. Participants will leave with tools to manage their online habits and focus on their mental health.
